We were asked to choose a video of our choose from a film in group. So we choose The Shining and we recorded Audio for the Here's Johnny Scene.

News Video

It took a day to film and a day to edit, It was hard to come up with an idea for a news story. We did think about don't stuff about food like from the cafe or from McDonalds, but in the end we decided to use the vending machine to tell a story.

My Website

It took me a while to get this done and uploaded to my channel. The buttons and URL links all seem to work, I had to step up a website to be able to upload this video to the blog, I also watched a tutorial video so that I could embed the website in the blog post.

Editing News Video

We had to edit a short news video for College about a fictional event, So we did a story about a boy who got his hand stuck in a vending machine.

Spreadsheet Practice

Practice making a double page magazines. Using Columbus, photos, background colours. use of white space and text. Using headers and sub headers.

It took me a few hours to make in Publishing lesson, its good to have a not over crowed layout and with images. The article from a distance looks like a magazine for a holiday, whether or not you go on holiday alone or with friends or family.

Conclusion: its very important to have the right image for the right article.

My Plot For Short Mobile Phone Advert

My Plot

Starts of with a kid in a class room, he is texting on his phone, then the teacher comes over and says "you can't go on your phone in class, you need to focus on the work", then he gives the phone back and the kid asks, what if it is an emergency. The teacher replies with "If you need to call a family member or something has happened at the college and you need to call 999, then that is ok. It is also ok to use your phone to help you with your work like using the calculator on your phone or researching something.
