Adding Subtitles To YouTube Videos

I went through an old video I original made in Tom's class and added subtitles using YouTube add subtitles option in the Video Manager area.

I had to go through the whole video and add audio in when people spoke

This is the video with the subtitles, just go to the CC option at the bottom or the setting button and click subtitles/CC
